This bright & welcoming 2200 sq. ft. house offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The comfortable living room is great for entertaining company or watching your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV available. Relax with a coffee or a good book in the family room & enjoy the view from sliders that lead out to the lanai. The open kitchen is furnished with all the usual appliances & offers an adjacent breakfast bar for four people. The formal dining room is off the entrance and has seating for six. The large master bedroom features a King-size bed & a flat-screen TV. Leave the private sliders open at night & fall asleep to the sound of the canal. The master bathroom offers a double sink vanity, a Jacuzzi tub & a large walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms offer Queen-size beds.
